The national championships in Finland are now over, with some very strong results in various age and weight categories.
Several Nordic Records were broken and the list of records has been updated.

More than 50 young Nordic powerlifters are now busy preparing for the upcoming Nordic Championships taking place in Skedsmokorset, Norway on April 14th.
